- Using two flexicords for the sandwich drill is famous for being unmatched for the short space speed. Important for netball, basketball, touch rugby, and tennis.
- Attach two flexicords to the D Ring and fix the ends to one person standing on your right and one on the left.
- Set out three cones in front of you at 2-4 m spacing and overload forward, backward, lateral, diagonal, stopping and starting for unbelievable agility work.
