As you run the Chute inflates with air and creates a drag effect that resists your sprinting. The faster you run the greater the load. Improves acceleration, speed endurance and high-speed direction change. Because the Chute floats you can train direction change at top speed under a load, which is unique to this great training device.

This device was first used in the USA approximately 10 years ago and tests carried out on athletes have shown this training technique to be amongst the most effective means of improving speed.

The Chute can be used for varying distances of between 10-200m. Extremely lightweight and durable the chute can be easily carried to training, and takes very little room to store.

Use the small Chute for a light load and the large Chute for a much greater drag. The small Chute is recommended for younger smaller runners.
