A completely unique and multidimensional training device that integrates:

- Balance Training.
The BOSU has a platform that is 25" in diameter and it inflates into a hemisphere 12" high when fully inflated. For all practical purposes, there are no weight restrictions as the BOSU was made with a Burst-Resistant material and was designed to be used by professional athletes, some weighing as much as 350 lbs or more.
It is an acronym for "both sides up" and can be used with the platform side either up or down to challenge balance with different body positions.
