Cancellation Policy
1. The organizer reserves the right to cancel courses if the minimum number of participants is not attained.
2. If either Tropical Storm Warning Signal No. 8 or Red Rainstorm Warning is hoisted or in force one hour prior the event commencing, the event will be cancelled automatically and participants will be refunded.
Liability Waiver
I declare that I am healthy, physically fit and suitable to participate in the above activities. The organizers, coaches and sponsors will not be held liable for any injury or death which I may suffer during the activities, if the cause of injury or death is due to my own negligence or inadequacy in health and fitness.
